About USAppraisal.info
This site is designed for rapidly locating appraisers that serve the subject property's location. Enter the zip code of your subject property and all listed appraisers are returned. All licensed and certified appraisers are listed on this site (except the newest licensees). The home office of each licensee is listed by zip code, as well as the service area of responding appraisers (by zip). Responding appraisers can add their service areas, phone numbers, office locations, web sites, email addresses, and additional information for a nominal fee by clicking here.
Our goal is to provide the intended user of this site the fastest appraiser lookup on the web. During our build period, there will be zip codes in parts of the Country that are not yet listed. The user is urged to select a nearby City for a list of appraiser names that "might" appraise the subject property.
The information provided on this site is provided by federal and other sources deemed accurate by USAINFO, LLC. Accuracy is not warranteed and USAINFO, LLC assumes no responsibility for errors in information provided to it by third parties.

This is how we handle information we learn about you, which you provide to our website.

If you provide credit card information to us for modification of listing or add zip codes, our computers execute the commands for updating our site and deliver credit card information to "North American Bancard", a credit card processing service. We do not retain your credit card number and rely upon a "Transaction Number" for tracking the transaction through the North American Bancard system.
We use secure socket layer (SSL) encryption to protect the transmission of information you submit to us when you use our secure online forms. All the information you provide us through these forms is stored securely offline by the credit card processing service.
